Champagne Trouillard also offers ratafia. Ratafia is a typical non-sparkling aperitif from the Champagne region.

It is a drink made up of two-third must and one-third alcohol. The addition of alcohol has a yeasticidal effect and prevents the fermentation of alcohol. It falls within the category of natural sweet wines (18°).

After several years in a barrel, it develops a beautiful balance between sugar, alcohol and fruit on the palate.

A small tip about serving: serve with melon and Parma ham.
